Privacy

In order to carry out any transaction through the online store to place orders for the company’s products, you will be asked to disclose some of your personal information.

When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline number (or any other phone you want), your email address.

This data is processed by the company in accordance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by the customer and in no way will they be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, except if the procedure defined by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

Product ordering and consumer protection

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (as long as you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and you are not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.

Returns – changes

Product returns are made ONLY after consultation with the online store (either via email or phone) and EXCLUSIVELY for products purchased from the online store itself.

Products are all made to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not accepted unless it is faulty.

In case you decide to return the product, the following conditions must be met:

Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date indicated on the sales document.
Under no circumstances will a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. That is, the product must:

To have all his tags and
Its packaging must not be damaged
The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as the receipt of retail sale, the Bill of Lading, etc.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please contact us to clarify the details of the return.
Package the product to protect it during shipping.
Finally, in case the product has a defect, you send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order, or with the partner company. Otherwise, you can use the courier company cooperating with you after consultation.

ATTENTION: The return costs are charged by the company only in case of a defective product!

In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer.
